Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully wrap the hardware in its original protective packaging to prevent scratches during transit and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
